 you may have tried dating apps or tinder and did not meet anyone. i know what that is like . you feel like garbage. it is ok, that does not mean you are undateable. i never met anyone through a dating app or tinder and i have been engaged and had relationships. keep trying those if you want . you should have a better chance at getting a girlfriend with what i do, go to parties where your friends are, meet mutual friends you both know, act like you do not need them, like you got other options, and talk about any success you have had in life. try to make them laugh and be playful, but don't be immature. talk about hopes and dreams, women love talking about that. getting a tailored suit is an easy way any guy can improve.

Solgar put a warning on your zinc supplements - maybe cause panic attacks Ever since taking zinc for a year and a half, whenever i try something new or something i have not had in awhile i have a panic attack. Just had 2 sips of a soda called brainwash i used to drink 20 years ago no problem. Read the ingredients, saw that it had gotu kola, and my heart starting racing.
